Dan is a highly accomplished branding, talent and licensing executive with vast experience in the entertainment and retail industries. After practicing entertainment law for almost a decade, he created Levin Entertainment Co., which later became Associated Talent Management (ATM), a full service personal management company specializing in representing expert talent, developing television programs and personality brand licensing.

In 2009, ATM united with global licensing giant Beanstalk (a subsidiary of Omnicom) to launch its Los Angeles office. Dan is credited with managing the Paris Hilton and Christopher Lowell brands to each achieving over 1 Billion dollars in retail sales. Other clients included; Joan Rivers, Stop Staring by Alicia Estrada, David Tutera, Talking Friends, and Carmen Electra.

Dan has a strong history of creating innovative relationships with prominent retailers including Office Depot, Macy’s, Sears, Jo~Ann Fabric & Craft Stores, Burlington Coat Factory, QVC and HSN.  Recently he has worked with Sandow Media and its affiliated entity, Culture + Commerce, to develop the global expansion of the iconic Fred Segal brand and consult on other properties. His counsel has  been utilized  to create several high profile marketing relationships including the New York Yankees, University of Miami and Lynx Grills. Dan has also been involved with the creation and launch of Epic Rights.
